We are S.T.A.R.S.
S.T.A.R.S. are all over our eleven-county area in Northern Lower Michigan and the Eastern U.P.. They all try raising awareness for injury and trauma prevention in Northern Michigan so families can be safer.

We serve the counties of the Eastern Upper Peninsula, the Straits of Mackinac, and Northern Lower Michigan. (Alpena, Antrim, Charlevoix, Cheboygan, Chippewa, Emmet, Luce, Mackinac, Montmorency, Otsego, and Presque Isle).
